The Hole in the Oak
An old oak tree conceals a passage into a mythic underworld of root-filled tunnels, the chambers of an ancient wizard’s complex, and an underground river once inhabited by a reptile cult. Characters explore 60 keyed areas, investigate rumors, and uncover the dungeon’s history. Designed for characters of 1st–2nd level, the adventure includes dungeon background, expansion suggestions, and quick-reference bullet-point entries. It is written for Old-School Essentials (B/X) and is compatible with other vintage fantasy adventure games.
