The Hollow Mountain (Swords & Wizardry)
An adventure for four to six characters of 8th–12th level, set in a forest region where a formerly peaceful tribe of wood elves has begun raiding human settlements, taking prisoners, and destroying structures. Hired by a local baron, the characters investigate the elves’ sudden hostility and follow them into a hollow mountain. Inside, they face corrupted plants, elven fanatics, mutants, animalistic servants, prehistoric creatures, and other warped inhabitants. Ancient magical experiments have opened a portal to a nightmarish plane, where the characters must confront the aberrant force behind the corruption before its madness spreads into the forest.
