The Journey Begins: Well of Woe (Round 1)
Four factions send expeditions into Xen’drik to find the Well of Woe, a mysterious site containing a flame tied to the future of Eberron. Each faction has its own purpose for reaching the flame, creating opportunities for cooperation or conflicting goals. The characters begin their journey through wild terrain where ordinary and magical navigation prove unreliable. After an attack by twig blights leaves them lost, they face a lizardfolk druid, a nothic, a yuan-ti trueblood, and possibly a crocodile. An orc may offer a magical guide before the expedition enters the territory of Slayer forestkith goblins and encounters animated wolf skeletons.
