The Master's Decree

A fantasy roleplaying adventure set in the old forest south of Westbrook, where creatures are causing trouble, hunters have been murdered, and two children have been kidnapped. The town master calls for the forest to be tamed before the arrival of a powerful merchant guild. The book provides background on the town and forest, rumors, non-player characters, three lairs that can be added to other sessions, and three linked full-length adventures. It is designed to work as a standalone scenario in most fantasy settings, while also expanding on material from Beginnings: Westbrook.
