The Mesmer Legacy
A paranormal mini-campaign setting for 2D6 roleplaying games, set in America immediately after the Revolutionary War. British mesmerists use frightening mental powers to spread chaos, cause fires and disappearances, and recruit others to their cause. Players take the roles of patriots recruited into special militias by Benjamin Franklin and other physicians and scientists. They investigate the strange phenomena, hunt the mesmerists, and work to prevent the young nation from being destabilized.
