The Obsidian Sands of Syncrates
Returning from a trading voyage, the party’s ship becomes stranded in a windless sea as black ash falls and their two guides mysteriously take their own lives. The survivors awaken in a vast coliseum, with their vessel resting on sands of black obsidian. Players explore this strange arena, investigate the sorcery that brought them there, and seek a way back to their own world.
