A supplement for Cthulhu Dark Ages detailing the Pastores, a secret cult devoted to Shub-Niggurath in the cities and countryside of West Francia. The cult infiltrates the aristocracy and Church, breeds unnatural creatures, and practices grotesque transformations on its lands and in hidden strongholds. The book describes the Pastores’ beliefs, leaders, territories, allies, and monsters, and includes four scenarios involving the cult. It contains themes of body horror, violence, harm to children, and torture.
