The Price of Apocrypha
A fantasy adventure for four to six 1st-level characters, compatible with 2E, 5E, and OSR systems. In a city preparing for its monthly arena opening, the legendary gladiator Imhullu, the Dragon of Marduk, challenges an unknown rival to a fight to the death on charges of heresy. Without tickets and facing crowds drawn from across the dimensions, the adventurers must navigate the dangerous Pits, battling or evading strange creatures to reach the Arena. Once inside, they contend with social and political pressures while investigating the secrets behind the gladiatorial confrontation.
