Explore a densely detailed ruin for use in an ongoing TROIKA! campaign or as a standalone one-shot. The adventure follows Metegorgos, a cursed queen wandering her ancient, waterlogged home while repeatedly giving birth to grotesque reminders of her past. It presents mature themes of motherhood, birth, memory, and mild body horror. Players navigate the ruined palace, encounter its dangerous inhabitants, and uncover the history of a powerful ruler punished by the gods for trying to improve the world around her.
