The Sacred Temple of Erwadu
A classic fantasy role-playing adventure set in a ziggurat dedicated to the god Enki, rising above a marshy river delta inspired by ancient Sumerian mythology. Characters of levels 7–10 explore the temple, confront its guardians, and seek a way through four deadly levels before escaping its mudbrick walls. The module includes background notes, a cutaway temple map, five new monsters, thirteen illustrations, and six variable endings. The referee can present the site as either a living or a lost temple, allowing it to fit into a variety of fantasy campaigns and rules systems.
