The Scourge of Icewind: Part 1
While traveling through the Spine of the World Mountains, the characters discover a wrecked caravan and the bodies of its guards and travelers scattered across the snow. A wounded survivor warns that ice trolls attacked without warning and that a nearby outpost is in danger. The characters investigate the ambush, uncover what happened to the caravan, and race through the frozen wilderness to protect the threatened outpost. The adventure features exploration, investigation, and encounters in the harsh arctic environment.
