1943 1945

An easy, fast and small two-player board game about WW2 in Italy, North Africa and Southern Europe. Players recreate the campaigns of 1943–1945 across a zoned map in eight rounds of impulses. They move specialized forces, blocks and counters, convert units into tanks or aircraft, and resolve combat with a simple dice system. Generic event markers allow players to trigger reinforcements, additional impulses, partisans and other effects. Control of the majority of starred areas, including Rome, Tunis, Naples and Munich, determines the winner. A game lasts about one hour.
