Case Blue

A grand operational wargame covering the Axis push across southern Russia and the subsequent Soviet counteroffensives from late 1941 through May 1943. Play unfolds on a very large map of the southern front, with turns representing half-weeks and hexes of roughly 5 miles; units range from companies up to divisions. Players maneuver, attack, encircle, and attempt relief operations while managing supply, terrain, and seasonal effects across multiple linked scenarios. Multiple scenarios allow play from specific moments or the entire campaign, and the system supports linking with other operational maps for an expanded Eastern Front experience.
