The Streets Bleed Neon
A new crime syndicate from the suburb of Whitecliff declares its territory a kingdom and launches a violent war against the City’s other gangs. What begins as urban infiltration and criminal conflict escalates into a mythic struggle involving monarchs, armies, knights, wizards, government agents, and a superweapon capable of devastating the City and collapsing the Mist. This sandbox-style case unfolds through loosely connected scenes shaped by the choices and actions of the player characters and major NPCs. Crew members can support either side, change their allegiances, and determine whether the conflict ends in victory, downfall, or widespread destruction.
