The Svirfneblin Effect
An encounter for characters of levels 5–7, suitable for insertion into an existing dungeon or play as a brief standalone adventure. Deep gnomes construct a dangerous apparatus while worshiping an even more dangerous idol, and the party must uncover and thwart their dark plans. Designed for First Edition, it can also be used with OSR systems such as OSRIC, Swords & Wizardry, and Old-School Essentials.
