The Talented Cavalier
This character class expands the cavalier into a flexible warrior caste tied to a ruling class or social order. It supports traditional knights and samurai alongside slave-warriors, honor-bound hunters, sheriffs, and musketeers. Players customize the class through a wider range of class options and archetypes, allowing characters to serve their culture as warriors, emissaries, hunters, standard bearers, or other martial retainers. Mounted combat, charging, special mounts, and knightly orders remain available but are no longer required, making it possible to build cavaliers with roles and fighting styles distinct from those of fighters.
