The Twelfth Gate
Apep, the demonic serpent of Egyptian mythology, stirs in the Underworld while cultists seek to prevent the sun from rising again. Heroes follow a strange report from Boston to Cairo, through a trapped tomb in the Egyptian desert, and into the Underworld itself. They investigate clues, face mummies and snake demons, and race against time to stop Apep from sealing the final gate and plunging humanity into eternal darkness.
