The Ultimate Skill
This rules supplement expands the HERO System’s approach to Skills for campaigns in any genre or setting. It covers purchasing Skills, applying modifiers, learning and using Skills, Skill Versus Skill Contests, degrees of success and failure, Complementary Skills, extended tasks, and team use. Detailed entries explain each Skill’s common uses, history, equipment, required time, appropriate modifiers, and possible adaptations for different campaigns. Optional new Skills and additional rules support characters and campaigns that rely heavily on skill-based play.
