This sourcebook provides material for creating and running magic-focused characters in a HERO System campaign, with an emphasis on Champions but ideas that can be adapted to other settings. It includes sample characters, spells, advantages, limitations, and options for spellcasting characters, along with descriptions of mystic dimensions, hidden cults, and forbidden lore that can support campaign plots. Written for HERO System 4th Edition, much of the content can be adapted to other editions and settings.
