The Vacuous Grimoire Volume One
A tabletop fantasy roleplaying ruleset combining classic adventure-game mechanics with home-brew rules and material from an open gaming system. Characters use old-school attribute checks instead of skill points, while abilities such as lockpicking and tracking are tied to specific races or classes. The rules include party initiative, critical hits, fumbles, morale, divine interventions, mana, arcane spell mishaps, movement adjustments, technological weapons, additional races and character classes, and spell effects for common magic.
