The players are recruited by Captain Fabrian Harlandor to join the crew of the spacecraft Y-033. Three crew members have died on the way to a nearby planet, leaving the captain in need of specialists—and people willing to defend the ship against rumored space pirates. The ship carries computers and medical supplies, and departs the following day. In exchange for the journey, the captain offers up to 3,000 Elemonits, providing both paid work and a possible discreet route off the planet.
