This supplement adds cybernetic enhancements to True20 campaigns, covering more than 30 implanted metal and plastic modifications for improving characters’ bodies. It provides rules for drawbacks, supernatural enhancements, and treating cybernetics as equipment, along with options for customizing how they function. Two new heroic paths support campaigns centered on cybernetic technology.
