Twilight Struggle: Blame Canada Promo Card

A promo event card themed around a pop-culture reference to Canada. When played as an event while one player controls the Canadian region, it forces removal of two influence from that region and applies a punitive effect to the nearest Canadian-controlled area. The card is expended and removed from the game when its event resolves. Issued as a special promotional insert tied to a magazine release and created as a tribute to a specific media cameo.
