Twilight Struggle: "Referendum NATO" Promo Card

A promo card for the Spanish edition of a Cold War strategy game, featuring a referendum in Spain and Portugal. It is a neutral Late War event worth 1 operation and requires NATO. Each player rolls a die, with bonuses for the active player and the player holding more influence in Spain/Portugal. The winner gains 1 VP and adds 1 influence there; if the USSR wins, NATO’s effects in Spain/Portugal are canceled. Remove the card from play if used as an event.
