Variant Psionics for the Cepheus Engine
This supplement presents an alternative psionics system for the Cepheus Engine, replacing skill throws with powers activated by spending Psionic Strength points. A limited pool of points keeps the abilities within defined bounds. It also adds expanded powers, rules for contests between psions, psionics-related equipment, and variant training rules.
