A Victory System supplement presenting equipment and options for heroes and villains. It features weapons, a unique suit of armor, a vehicle, and an additional item such as an animal, playable Package, Special Abilities, or an explorable location. Notes cover how the vault keeper presents her wares and the possible benefits or consequences of haggling. The Core Rulebook is required; Beasts of Victory may be useful for reference.
