Vigilante's Handbook
This supplement adapts superhero adventures to gritty, street-level settings shaped by crime, corruption, and inequality. It adds rules for moral ambiguity and lethal damage, options and archetypes for street-level heroes, and systems for tracking reputation and changing crime rates. It also includes guidance for creating villains and a gazetteer of Ferroburg, a city in need of heroes.
