Vindication: Board Game Spotlight Promo Cards

Adds two companion promo cards that modify starting resources for characters. One companion grants either 1 inspiration or 1 strength if the player has none of that resource. The other companion grants either 1 knowledge or 1 inspiration if the player has none of that resource. Includes only the two promo companion cards as a small expansion to the base game.
