Vindication: Dice Tower 2019 Promo Cards

Adds two promo cards: a relic and a companion that integrate into the base game. The relic lets a player return 1 influence and also return 1 influence from each companion they control, affecting influence management across cards. The companion lets a player roll the white attribute die twice, choose one result and gain that attribute, and if both rolls match the player gains both attributes.
