This adventure path opens with the characters awakening in the Dornstein Asylum, unable to remember who they are or how they arrived. As they search for their identities, they uncover secrets beyond mortal understanding and a threat that could consume all of Golarion. The campaign leads from the asylum into the Dreamlands and the wastelands of Casmaron, where human, monstrous, and nightmare-born followers of ancient cults stand in their way. Across two volumes, the characters advance from 1st to 17th level. The material also includes non-player character galleries, new monsters, lore on the Mythos and the Great Old Ones, information on the Necronomicon, and guides to locations such as Drosselmoor and the Sellen.
