Watchmen: Taking Out the Trash

A scenario module for the DC Heroes roleplaying game, set in the Watchmen universe. The action takes place in New York City on the eve of the 1968 Republican National Convention, where three candidates compete for the presidential nomination. One is connected to organized crime, while another faces an assassination threat. Characters investigate the political conspiracy, track down villains, and determine who controls the future of the United States. The module includes an 8-page sourcebook with material on Veidt’s plan for world peace and unification, the history of the Watchmen world, statistics and backgrounds for the Minutemen, and a chronology covering 1938–1985. Designed for 2–5 characters generated using 250–500 Hero Points.
