Players run rival espionage agencies that send agents to locations around the globe, acquire assets, and eliminate opposing operatives. On each turn a hand of five cards serves multiple functions: spend cards to move spies, invest cards to acquire city-based assets that shape an agency’s capabilities, and play cards for sabotage or attack effects to manipulate opponents and resolve combat. The game emphasizes hand-management and tactical decision-making as players balance movement, resource development, targeted attacks, and timed use of special card effects until an agency is eliminated.
