Welcome To...: Spring Thematic Neighborhood

Players act as suburban developers laying out a 1950s neighborhood on their individual score sheets. On each turn, a card pair dictates a house number and a street action; players write numbers, place fences, build parks, and mark discovered Easter eggs to score bonuses. Gameplay focuses on optimizing number placement, completing civic structures, and circling eggs for extra points while following the constraints of three new city plans included in the set. The game includes 50 sheets and plays over several rounds as players aim to maximize their final score.
