When the Stars Cried Despair (DCC)
A Dungeon Crawl Classics funnel for 5–8 players, set at the frontier fort and pilgrimage site of Fort Saint Veronica as the world approaches its end. Common peasants must become unlikely saviors by stopping the demon Lord Paimon from consuming reality and turning it into a nightmare hell. The funnel introduces mechanics for character bonds and personal motivations, and can be played as a stand-alone adventure or used as a prequel to a larger campaign.
