This supplement presents unusual Gifts for Garou and fera, inspired by supernatural traditions beyond their usual animist practices. Drawing on the fae, witches, vampires, and other shadowy beings, these powers are learned, borrowed, or secretly adapted from neighboring supernatural communities.
