World at War: The Untold Stories
A tactical modern-era wargame depicting the opening days of a conflict between NATO and Warsaw Pact forces. Players command Canadian, Belgian, Dutch, Polish, and East German units, using equipment such as Leopard I tanks, Centurions, T-72s, BTR-152s, and Lynx armored personnel carriers. The game includes twelve scenarios covering battles such as Canadians against Poles, East Germans against Danes, and Belgians against Russian forces. Three geomorphic mounted maps provide varied terrain and can be combined for custom scenarios. The boxed set contains the rules and scenario book, 528 counters, two player aid cards, and the components needed for two-player play.
