Canals of Windcrest

Build bridges and expand an ever-growing city of misty canals, where flying whales carry citizens and freight. Draft and play location cards to gain resources and special actions, then manufacture export goods and construct buildings that enhance your locations. Navigate the canals with whale taxis to transport citizens and deliver goods, while investors provide special powers and end-game scoring bonuses. Earn prestige by improving access across the city and increasing the nation’s wealth.
