Invest in underworld trades such as vice, extortion, and illicit goods, then roll the dice to expand your influence. Recruit henchmen, steal from rival players, and claim control of city districts. The game ends when one player controls an entire trade or when the city is fully claimed; the player holding the most districts wins.
