23 Knives: Spurrina and Cleopatra Promo Cards

Spurrina and Cleopatra promo cards add two extra Citizens to the game. Spurrina may reveal on your turn and, while at the forum, lets you discard fate cards to view the Curia or a colocated player's tableau. Cleopatra may reveal at any time; while at the baths, she lets you draw five sway cards, keep three, and return the rest to the bottom of the deck. During your sway step, she can also burn a sway card to exchange one sway card in your tableau with one from a colocated player.
