5th Column (fan expansion for Fortress America)

This fan expansion adds unconventional tactics and new playing pieces to Fortress America while preserving its core rules and pace. Each of the four armies receives payoff units, fuel supplies, radar, and airlift units. Players use these resources for fifth-column activities, commandeering civilian airlift capacity, detecting forces with radar, and managing fuel supplies. Large armies still defeat small ones, but careful planning and unconventional forces can influence close battles.
