Take 5: The Jumping Cow

A card that jumps from row to row. It has no value of its own, so cards placed in its row use the card immediately to its left as a reference. After a card is added, the Jumping Cow moves to the other row whose rightmost card has the lowest value. It counts toward the row limit, making a row full with four number cards and the Cow. When the row is taken, the number cards go to the bull pile, the played card starts the row, and the Cow jumps again.
