Alchemist's Fugue

A fantasy heist and escape-room adventure for characters of any level. During an endless party at an alchemist’s lavish mansion, the characters seek a mysterious puzzle box rumored to hold the secret of his success. The adventure combines a theft with a hidden escape room, as the characters unknowingly create a personalized prison and later attempt to escape it. An unseen presence observes their choices and turns their own methods against them, using personal memories, returning enemies, and surreal challenges to test their improvisation. Designed for a one-shot or as a side quest in an ongoing campaign.
