Axis & Allies Air Force Miniatures: Angels 20

A tactical World War II air-combat miniatures game that simulates short dogfights on a hex map. Players command prepainted aircraft models that represent early-war planes, track six altitude levels, and move in turns that approximate 10–15 seconds of action while managing abstracted speeds and ranges. Gameplay alternates initiative, movement and attacking; combat resolves with six-sided dice and uses stat cards for each aircraft. Scenarios include historical and standard missions such as intercepts, limited fuel, bomber escort and Schnellbomber. Optional rules add clouds, flak, barrage balloons and night combat, and a conversion appendix maps the aircraft for use with the corresponding land miniatures game.
