The second and final issue of a World War II wargaming magazine, containing articles and eight scenarios set across the Eastern and Western Fronts and the Pacific. The scenarios cover 1940–1945 and include battles involving tanks, infantry, and island warfare, with several longer scenarios lasting more than 10 turns. One scenario takes place in Hungary across four boards, pitting German Tigers and Panthers against heavy tanks. The issue includes scenarios BB9 through BB16, with one later reprinted in Out of the Attic.
