BioShock Infinite: The Siege of Columbia – Handyman Figure

An additional Handyman figure for the Founder player, originally included with select editions of the video game. Founders may have up to four Handymen on the board at once. When four are present, the Vox Populi player may once per round discard an action card to retrieve a card of their choice from the discard pile, reveal it, and add it to their hand. The Airship card cannot be retrieved this way.
