Book of Battle: Second Edition

A battle supplement for Pendragon 5th Edition that places a knight in the midst of large-scale medieval warfare. Players lead a small unit through chaotic engagements, using more than two dozen tactical maneuvers while resolving combat with the existing Pendragon rules. Individual actions can influence the course of the battle, with each engagement unfolding differently. This second edition includes refined rules, guidance for extended melee scenarios, battle record sheets, a player reference sheet, a tutorial based on the Battle of Mearcred Creek, and a Saxon army for beginning battles.
