Briefcase: City Hall

An 11-card expansion adds City Hall offices and inspectors to the game. At the start of each turn, players may activate one of four randomly selected office cards to use its one-time ability. Three Inspector cards are shuffled into the Buy deck. When revealed while producing a new B card, an Inspector enters the player’s discard pile. Players may pass an Inspector to the player on their left by playing a Buy card, but lose one victory point for each Inspector remaining in their deck at the end of the game.
