A promo Ally/Rival card featuring a target at K29, Brickway Warehouses. As a Rival, it has Difficulty 6 and varying resistances, moves six spaces toward the nearest cop, and causes stress to nearby cops. A cop near the target may suffer stress before the encounter to reduce its resistances, while a bust discards one stress. As an Ally, it has six stress and an Aggressive profile. Exhausting it allows the ally to move six spaces and encounter two dice, with the option to suffer stress for an additional die during that encounter.
