In a far-future, post-apocalyptic Earth, the settlement of The Mounds begins to rebuild while remaining unaware of the secrets beneath its grassy hills. After Lord Ulstomb reveals a newly opened cave, the party enters the strange bunker below, promised treasure and prosperity for success and threatened with consequences for failure. Players explore its halls, confront horrific mutations, lavish decay, and dark magical forces, and use their wits and defenses to uncover its mysteries. This system-neutral adventure continues the story from the previous installment and includes optional bespoke mechanics.
