Burn

Proposition 23, also known as “Project Freedom,” could make Seattle’s Ork Underground a full district of the city. As the vote approaches, opposing factions turn to blades, bullets, explosives, and other violence, threatening the Underground’s survival. Runners enter the chaos to investigate recent attacks and bring those responsible to justice. Their investigation may also uncover deeper conspiracies behind the violence. The adventure can be played as part of the ongoing Missions series or as a standalone scenario for Shadowrun, Twentieth Anniversary Edition.
